To help support your child at home, I have attached a list of links to the videos to watch and learn and questions to answer.
It is important that we share our feelings with others and have somebody to talk to when we feel different emotions. Think about different emotions that you can experience in a day.
Have a look at the slides which will guide you through the session. It will be very helpful if an adult can help you as you discuss various feelings that you and they will experience. The most important message to get across is that we all experience a variety of feelings in a day. All feelings are important for our mental wellbeing but it is how we deal with them that is crucial.
Watch the video link and share your thoughts with an adult. Hear how they cope when they feel angry, upset and happy.
Your adult can help you mark this with the answers provided.
This weeks PE task is to create a circuit using your name.
If there are any you find too tricky, you can swap them.
There are lots of wonderful online lessons you can access at home that are easy to use.
