To help support your child at home, I have attached a list of links to the videos to watch and learn and questions to answer.
See the documents below to show you how to do this.
Look at the Eat well guide shown and identify the different types of food and why we have different amounts.
Optional challenge: Write a food daily food diary for 1 day and colour in the types of food you have. Interpret your diary to work out which types of food you have more / less of and if you need to make any changes to your diet.
